CADRE is the Centre d’Appui pour le Développement des Ressources de l’Entreprenariat. (Center for Support for the Development of Entrepreneurship Resources.


Our goals are:


  • Literacy and Agricultural Based Entreprenuership
  • Micro and Small Enterprise Development
  • Vocation Training
  • Strengthening Community Based Organizations.


​CADRE provides grants to rural community-based organizations to implement training and development of enterprises. Emphasis is on the establishment of micro and small agricultural enterprises to create jobs and transfer vocational skills with the strategic approach of reducing poverty levels in the rural areas.
